Refund policy

1. Product Quality and Satisfaction

At Elasta Haircare, we take pride in offering products that meet the highest industry standards. We are confident that our products will meet your expectations, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, if our products or customer service fail to meet your expectations, we encourage you to provide us with polite and respectful feedback. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we value any opportunity to improve our products and services.

3. Consumer Guarantees

Our products may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This means you may have certain rights, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description. In the event that a product is defective, Elasta Haircare reserves the discretion to either replace, repair or refund any item.

 4. Product Usage

It is important to follow the product manufacturer’s guidelines for the proper use of our goods. Elasta Haircare will not be responsible for any misuse or incorrect selection of products.

5. Warranties and Limitations

We do not warrant the condition or performance of any goods beyond what is specified. Many of our products are designed for professional use only, and therefore require professional judgment by the end user.

For equipment items, we do not provide warranty coverage for damage or loss resulting from faulty assembly, incorrect fitting, or misuse.

6. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage claims made after 7 business days will not be accepted. We will always endeavour to fix any legitimate issue as soon as reasonably possible inline with our commitment to customer satisfaction.

7. Refunds

In the event of a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days of refund being approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at sales@elasta.com.au.

We reserve the right to process refunds using a method different from your original payment method if circumstances require it.
