Order Processing
Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Store Pickup
Location: 5 Hercules St, Tullamarine, 3043
Orders are available for pickup daily from 9:30 AM. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery & Tracking
Orders are shipped within 24 hours using our trusted courier partners. You will receive real-time tracking information via email once your order is on the way.
Estimated delivery time is 1–7 business days from dispatch depending on your location.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders under $150: Flat rate of $25 applies Australia-wide.

  • Orders $150 and above: Free shipping Australia-wide.

Residential Deliveries

  • Please specify if your delivery address is residential at checkout, as some couriers require this information.

  • If you're not available to receive the delivery, you may grant Authority to Leave by adding a note during checkout.

  • Important: If Authority to Leave is granted and the parcel goes missing, Elasta Haircare is not responsible for lost goods.

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel and no Authority to Leave has been given, it may be redirected to a local depot or post office. Further coordination with the courier will be the customer's responsibility.

Order Changes & Cancellations
To cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately.

  • If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll process your request promptly.

  • If already dispatched, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

  • Refunds (minus any incurred costs) will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Address changes post-dispatch are not guaranteed and may result in delivery delays.
